Love Where You Are Challenge! Coming February 1st!
February can be a month of love and “shoulds,” mismatched expectations, guilt, and begrudged gifts.
But it doesn’t have to be.
Instead of buying into “artificially chocolate flavored” and corn-syrup laden gestures, I’m hosting a
Love Where You Are Challenge.
It’s easy to get stuck on what we don’t like about where we are.
I’m as guilty of this as anyone!
Our brains are wired to notice what isn't great, particularly if we let our brains run wild. But we know that Mindset Matters, that we can use our thoughts to help us live the life we want, and that we can take better care of ourselves (even if we're not dinosaurs).
Besides, who doesn’t want to love where they are? It's time to find the good, celebrate the great, and reinvest ourselves in where we are now, and fall back in love with what is wonderful about right here.
