Getting Ready for Gardening - WIP Wednesday, March 9th, 2016

-
Creating is my passion, my sanity, my sense of being "up to something", my way of contributing a little bit. I always have a few projects going, many left to the side for months or even years before I pick up the best and carry on. Here's some of what I'm working on this week:

While we are all still under the weather, the outside weather is beautiful!

Yesterday, with one of us asleep on the couch, one cozied up in the wagon, two of us raked, pulled, moved, filled, and played for almost two hours of fresh air.

Inside, we're slowly collecting potted herbs, and have started our grow kits. We got these as part of another kickstarter campaign from Homesweet Homegrown. These kits are simple, easy, and perfect for starting a garden anywhere!

We saw sprouts from the Tom Thumb Peas in just five days. We are looking forward to transforming our gravel front "lawn" into a place to watch our food grow.

Even with cooler weather predicted before Spring hits its stride, we have plans and dreams and plants.

What are you working on? What are you excited about attempting? What are you proud to be working on? Take a picture or two and share it with the rest of us by leaving your link in the comments.
